FILM FINANCE: Film Incentives: How to maximize State and local incentives for your film. And where to find them.  - Film Commissions are a vital part of making your film.  How they work and what they do.  Producers in the studios and independents are constantly chasing after government dollars in attempts to mitigate the risks for their investors (or executives). This panel will explore practical approaches for incentive dollars from state programs as well as the federal government.
